After working with Preeti professionally as co-workers, I was reconnected with her when I reached out to congratulate her on her Healin Within practice. After discussing her overall strategy, it dawned on me that I could really benefit from her expert Reiki knowledge as I was struggling with blocked energy and a negative mindset. Preeti conducted an initial assessment where I disclosed some of my challenges. After designing a self care plan, we embarked on my treatment. After just three sessions, my energy levels have improved and the daily affirmations & mindful meditations has greatly increased my energy and shifted my mindset to a more positive outlook on Life. There is more work to be done but Preeti’s professional and empathetic approach has been the difference maker, along with her superior knowledge about Reiki, Chakras and how to manifest positivity into the Universe to help create the right energy and mindset moving forward.
